COVID-19 Update - November 23, 2020 - Effective Tues., Nov. 24, 2020, all HCU lobbies will be closed until further notice due to the increase in COVID-19 cases. All three (3) HCU drive-thrus will remain open from 9-4 Mon.-Fri. and 9-12 Sat. All HCU ATMs will remain open. Mobile banking, online banking and HCU's Member Solutions Call Center (413-532-7007) will continue to be available. If you must meet with a Member Service Representative, please call for an appointment. For Holyoke, call Sharon at 413-341-0133. For Feeding Hills, call Marjorie or Beth at 413-278-6840. We thank you for your understanding while we implement this strategy to stop the spread.

Attention HCU Debit Card Users!

Please be advised that on Monday, September 14, 2020 HCU will be transitioning its debit card processor to a new processor. HCU expects this transition to be without incident, however, please note the following restrictions that will be in place for all HCU ATMs from 9/14/2020 – 9/16/2020:

  • Check or cash deposits will not be accepted, however, the Holyoke and Feeding Hills branches and drive-thrus will be open for business as usual and Mobile Remote Deposit Capture is always available for check deposits.
  • Members will be unable to change their Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) at ATMs during this time frame.

Enhanced Fraud Alert Notifications: Members may be notified by text messaging through HCU’s fraud monitoring system if fraud is suspected on a transaction. Members will be asked to verify these transactions.
