To Our Valued Members:

 The health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority. Holyoke Credit Union is committed to joining the effort to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. To that end, please note the following changes which are EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

 We have closed our branch lobbies to member traffic and will serve members via the Drive-up window, ATM, online, mobile and telephone banking services. HCU’s lobbies will be open for limited in-person transactions by appointment only for those transactions unable to be completed at the Drive-up.

The HCU Member Solutions Call Center is available to assist you with many transactions – dial 413-532-7007.

 Call Center hours:

 Monday – Friday         8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Saturday                      9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Sunday                        10:00 am – 2:00 pm
