Nothing is more frustrating than trying to call the credit union and not having your call answered.  We understand and we have done something about it!

Introducing…HCU’s New Member Solutions Call Center!

Starting May 2, 2018, our Call Center began answering calls from our members. 

With this new service we hope to:

  • Answer all calls, questions or problems in a timely manner
  • Better serve our members
  • Make your banking experience with HCU the most convenient possible

Just call 413-532-7007 as usual and your call will be answered promptly, your issue immediately solved or directed to the appropriate department. 

The Call Center’s hours are:

Monday – Friday         8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Saturday                      9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Sunday                        10:00 am – 2:00 pm
