Dear Members,

We wanted to make you aware of a security incident affecting many credit unions across the nation.

Please note: This incident does/did not impact HCU as we do not utilize, nor have we ever utilized, any of these business partners.

This past weekend, it was announced that FedComp, a data processing company owned by Trellance, along with their subsidiary Ongoing Operations, was a victim of a ransomware attack. The announcement included information about a national system outage affecting those same companies.

We take the security of your private information seriously and are always working to keep it safe. While we do not have any additional information beyond what was shared in the media, please feel free to contact us with any questions.
