Holyoke Credit Union is proud to be a Leadership Bank in the Massachusetts Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program.
IOLTA checking accounts are designed specifically for attorneys to hold their client funds that are nominal in amount or held for a short period of time, in accordance with state guidelines.
As a Leadership Institution, we go above and beyond standard program requirements to help support the IOLTA mission of providing critical legal aid to low-income residents across Massachusetts.
Through participation in this program, funds generated help support organizations that deliver essential legal services within our local communities, including Hampden and Hampshire counties. Locally, IOLTA funding supports organizations such as:

- Housing Discrimination Project, Inc.
