First-Time Homebuyers Program

At Holyoke Credit Union, we have a special place in our hearts for members who are pursuing the dream of first-time home ownership. To help make those dreams come true, we have joined forces with MassHousing as one of its approved lenders for the MassHousing First-Time Homebuyers Program. MassHousing is the state’s affordable housing bank and, through its programs, supports the creation and long-term viability of affordable homeownership in Massachusetts. It is a self-sustaining agency and does not use taxpayer dollars in its programs.
