Notice for members Under 18 or Over 65

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 171, Section 32B, also known as the 18/65 Law, Holyoke Credit Union provides eligible members under age 18 or age 65 and older with fee protections on qualifying savings accounts.

You must notify Holyoke Credit Union when opening your account, or anytime you become eligible, so these benefits can be applied to your account. If you believe you qualify, please visit any HCU branch or contact a member service representative for assistance.
